Job Summary
Leading the charge for Luma's East Coast presence, the full-time remote New York Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, hire and mentor a team of Account Executives, and influence the sales playbook to drive high-impact deals with major brands and agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, from prospecting to closing deals
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 5+ Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage a robust pipeline of advertiser and agency accounts, turning ambiguity into partnerships
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably in creative/marketing tools or MarTech
- 3+ years of recent sales management experience, including hiring and leading sales professionals
- Deeply networked within the East Coast advertising and agency ecosystem
- Proven "builder" with a player-coach mindset, capable of closing deals and managing a team
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment with an evolving sales playbook
