Job Summary
To drive growth among advisory clients, the full-time salaried New York Sales Manager will lead a team of Business Development Associates, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and scale a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle
- Set and track operational and business development metrics, presenting insights to the executive team
- Expand new business pipelines within the advisory space and support the closure of high-impact deals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
- 5+ years of experience in new business development/closing roles (B2B)
- 2+ years of outbound sales managerial experience, including team development
- Professional background in B2B SaaS with experience in high-velocity sales strategies
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger
