Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
  • Prepare 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Handle documentation and testing of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA completed or in progress
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with SEC reporting experience
  • Experience preparing footnote disclosures and accounting memos
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
