Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned New York Senior Counsel, this hybrid role involves independently managing court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved law school
• Active bar license in the State of New York
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
