Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned litigator, the hybrid New York Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop compelling case themes to counteract plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of New York
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
