Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned New York Senior Counsel, the hybrid role will independently manage high-stakes litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and trials, while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and strategies to counter plaintiff arguments
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
• Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine client communications

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in the State of New York
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience in insurance defense matters preferred
