New York Senior Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Hybrid Role - New York).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process
• Assist attorneys with transactional matters and litigation management
• Conduct research and provide administrative support for trademark/patent clearances and filings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
• A bachelor's degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is required
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and AI tools
• Expert-level skills in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Prior trademark or intellectual property experience is a significant plus
