New York Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with product and engineering teams, the remote Senior UX Designer will lead UX and product design efforts to create accessible digital experiences for educational software, utilizing Figma and applying best practices in user-centered design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX and product design from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, intuitive experiences
• Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance standards across all design work
• Leverage user research and data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions with cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of UX design experience working on collaborative teams
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of the complete UX design process
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UX design tools
• Proven ability to design accessible and user-friendly digital experiences
