New York Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Implementations to join their team remotely in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding of customers and ensure their success using the platform
• Assist customers in building complex forms and tackle technical issues through coding or collaboration with product engineering teams
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for users and present results to various audiences

Qualifications:

• Experience with client-facing communication
• Strong experience with REST & SOAP integrations
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical skills
