Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Accounting & SOX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain understanding of accounting business processes within the Corporate Accounting function
• Coordinate SOX compliance efforts and support month-end close procedures
• Serve as a liaison for auditors and maintain documentation related to internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or public accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and risk management principles
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification (or progress toward certification) is preferred
• Understanding of IT General Controls and segregation of duties
