Job Summary

To enhance member retention and improve healthcare literacy, the full-time New York State Certified Call Center Representative will conduct outbound calls, manage inquiries, and execute targeted outreach campaigns in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute outbound campaigns focused on member retention and achieving campaign-specific goals
  • Manage first call resolutions and ensure adherence to performance metrics in a fast-paced call center atmosphere
  • Educate members about their benefits and procedures while delivering service with integrity and professionalism
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with customer service experience; Associate degree or college courses preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or relevant office experience required
  • Ability to work occasionally on Saturdays
  • Experience in roles requiring strict confidentiality
  • Must obtain NYS Market Place Facilitated Enroller certification (CAC) within the first year of hire
