Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical & Quality Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and coordinate quality programs across hospitals and ambulatory practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality reporting standards while acting as a subject-matter expert
• Evaluate program effectiveness, implement improvements, and manage financial estimates and expenditures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; current New York State Registered Nurse license required for BSN candidates
• Minimum of two years' experience in project-related work, systems, and financial analysis preferred
• Three years of experience in healthcare operations and leadership preferred
• Demonstrated project and people management ability
• Creative thinking and collaboration skills are essential
