Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Dietitian (Spanish Speaking) to support its programs across New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess members' nutritional needs and prescribe medically tailored meals
• Provide culturally relevant, evidence-based nutrition education to individuals managing chronic conditions
• Support social care navigation and enrollment activities to enhance member outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Active RD credential and licensed to practice in New York State
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition related to chronic conditions
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms
