Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, Math.

Key Responsibilities

• Support educators on-site with classroom observations, feedback, and co-teaching
• Lead professional development sessions and collaborate with district leadership to improve student outcomes
• Analyze student work and assessment data to inform instructional decisions and enhance equity in learning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of teaching experience in grades 6-8 math with demonstrable results
• Experience in leading professional development and sustained coaching engagements for K-8 educators
• Ability to build relationships with educational leaders at various levels
• Experience supporting diverse student populations, including those with IEPs and English Language Learners
• Proficiency in technology-based productivity tools, particularly Google Applications
