Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time New York State Licensed Nursing Manager will oversee unit management, staff development, and clinical quality initiatives while working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with rotational on-call responsibilities primarily handled remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop programs and strategies to monitor and improve patient care quality and outcomes
• Identify staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans while managing budgets
• Influence team dynamics and promote optimal patient care and healthcare services

Required qualifications

• NYS RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality improvement
