Job Summary
Delivering high-quality remote occupational therapy services, the part-time New York State Licensed Occupational Therapist will evaluate student needs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with school staff to support K-12 students' IEP goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging OT instruction in a remote classroom setting
- Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills, translating findings into actionable goals
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with school-based staff
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Active New York State OT license in good standing
- NBCOT certification
- Experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery
- Authorization to work in the United States
