Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist (Subrogation).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of subrogation cases, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and government standards
• Negotiate settlements and prepare all required documentation while maintaining accurate case records
• Conduct detailed document reviews and verify beneficiary eligibility, ensuring timely case progression

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Prior experience in a legal office or the insurance industry preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare strongly preferred
