Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Pediatrics).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract high-quality clinical candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align on job specifications and talent needs
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality of hire and efficiency in the process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare roles
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and building candidate pipelines for behavioral health clinicians
- 2+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired
