Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, the full-time remote New York User Acquisition Manager will own and optimize paid social and in-app advertising campaigns, driving growth strategies and collaborating with creative and data teams to enhance overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across paid social and in-app channels, focusing on growth strategies and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test effective ad creatives based on performance data
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to internal teams and stakeholders while staying informed about industry trends and new advertising tactics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in building and optimizing Paid Social and App channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snap)
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance metrics
- Experience using AI tools for process automation and strategic media decisions
- Proficient in Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and data visualization tools
