Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth sales environments, focusing on net-new acquisition teams
- Proven ability to lead outbound sales teams and drive consistent ARR growth
- Experience in VAR, GSI, or cloud-native environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in building pipeline generation programs and developing early-career sales talent
- Deep understanding of metrics-driven sales management and performance optimization
