Job Summary

A company is looking for a Newcomer Health Specialist to provide comprehensive case management and health navigation for program participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll participants into programs and assist with healthcare navigation
• Provide transportation for medical appointments and connect participants to ongoing support services
• Educate participants on community integration topics and assist with housing-related services

Required Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend work
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in refugee resettlement, health sector, or related fields preferred
