Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention for issues such as suicide and addictions
• Utilize clinical judgement and protocols to determine appropriate patient care dispositions and document medical records

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant fields
• Experience in mental health, addictions, and crisis intervention is a strong asset
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Familiarity with technology and windows-based computer systems
