Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Offer mental health support, including crisis intervention and addiction care
• Utilize clinical judgement and protocols to determine the appropriate level of care and document medical records

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant areas such as ER or mental health
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Familiarity with windows-based computer systems and comfort with technology
• Ability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
