Job Summary

To support the delivery of virtual healthcare services, the full-time Newfoundland and Labrador Licensed Registered Nurse will provide telephone triage, mental health support, and clinical advice to patients, working remotely with a flexible shift schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and medical advice to assist callers in making timely healthcare decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention and addiction care
• Document clinical data accurately and promptly according to company standards

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant fields such as ER, mental health, or acute care
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in mental health and crisis intervention care is a strong asset
• Familiarity with windows-based computer systems and comfortable using technology
