Job Summary

Providing virtual nursing care and mental health support, the full-time Newfoundland and Labrador Licensed Registered Nurse will triage patients via telephone, utilizing established protocols while working remotely on a shift schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention and addiction care
• Complete confidential medical records promptly in accordance with company standards

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant areas
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in mental health and crisis intervention is a strong asset
• Familiarity with windows-based computer systems and comfort using technology
