Job Summary

Providing virtual nursing care and mental health support, the full-time Newfoundland and Labrador Licensed RN will triage patients via telephone, utilizing established protocols to assist callers with medical decisions and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and nursing advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention and addiction assistance
• Complete confidential medical records and document clinical data accurately as per company standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant areas
• Experience in mental health, addictions, and crisis intervention care is a strong asset
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Comfortable using technology, including telephone systems and computer programs
