Job Summary

Providing virtual nursing care and mental health support, the full-time Newfoundland and Labrador Licensed RN will triage patients via telephone using established protocols, working remotely with a shift schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention for callers facing addictions or suicidal thoughts
• Document clinical data accurately and promptly in accordance with company standards

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant areas such as ER or mental health
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in providing mental health and crisis intervention care is a strong asset
• Familiarity with windows-based computer systems and technology
