Job Summary

Providing virtual nursing care, the full-time Newfoundland and Labrador Licensed RN will triage patients via telephone, offering medical advice and mental health support while working remotely on a shift schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and advice to assist callers in making timely medical decisions
• Deliver mental health support, including crisis intervention and addiction care
• Complete confidential medical records promptly and accurately as per documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent triage and/or clinical experience in relevant areas
• Active licensure with the CRNNL or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in providing mental health and crisis intervention care is a strong asset
• Familiarity with windows-based computer systems and technology
