Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients using virtual technology, prescribing medications and coordinating treatment plans
• Communicate findings and treatment options to clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed
• Advocate for clients by assessing their needs and facilitating referrals to appropriate care providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program and an approved School of Nursing
• Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Family All Ages (FAA) certification is required
• Strong computer and technology skills for delivering virtual care
