Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client presentations and determine appropriate levels of care and follow-up
• Independently diagnose, prescribe, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Advocate for clients by assessing their needs and facilitating referrals to appropriate care providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
• Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Experience working in emergency or urgent care is considered an asset
