Anchoring multiple market newscasts and sportscasts, the part-time News/Sports Anchor will write, record, and edit audio and text for broadcast while working remotely during weekends and as a fill-in during the week.

• Anchor multiple market newscasts and sportscasts
• Write, record, and edit audio and text for broadcast and digital platforms
• Monitor sources for breaking news and maintain deadlines for timely story delivery

Required qualifications:

• College degree in journalism or 3-5 years of broadcast news experience
• Strong passion for news with excellent interviewing skills
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a contemporary style
• Experience with audio recording and editing for news broadcasts
• Proficiency in web publishing and social media
