Key Responsibilities

  • Resolves customer billing issues and product/service concerns related to Next Gen technology
  • Educates and sells products and services to customers using a consultative sales approach
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • PC skills, including proficiency in Windows and keyboarding
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Willingness to take initiative in understanding billing systems and customer service processes
