- Handles inbound calls from top-tier customers regarding various inquiries
- Resolves customer billing issues and product/service concerns related to Next Gen technology
- Educates and sells products and services to customers using a consultative sales approach
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PC skills, including proficiency in Windows and keyboarding
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Willingness to take initiative in understanding billing systems and customer service processes
