Next Gen Mission Staff

Job Summary

To support the mission of Young Life, the part-time remote Next Gen Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development while actively participating in ministry functions and maintaining relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and actively participate in the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing a yearly ministry strategy
• Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships to fuel the ministry's initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• College degree preferred
