Nextflow Engineer

Job Summary

Nextflow Engineer, a contract position focused on genomic sequencing and bioinformatics workflows, responsible for designing and optimizing Nextflow-based data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support data engineering engagements within genomics and bioinformatics
• Design, build, and optimize Nextflow-based data pipelines for genomic sequencing workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficient workflow orchestration and pipeline automation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Nextflow development or pipeline engineering
• Strong experience in bioinformatics and genomic sequencing workflows
• Proven background in data engineering systems and workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with GxP environments (GxP, GCP, GMP, or similar regulated frameworks)
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a short-term engagement
