Job Summary
A company is looking for a NextGen Administrator to provide administrative support within the Health Information Technology Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of the NextGen EHR system
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for effective system utilization
- Collaborate with teams to customize and optimize the NextGen system for improved efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Relevant certifications such as NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) or Certified EHR Professional (CEHRT) are a plus
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a NextGen Administrator or similar EHR administration role
- In-depth knowledge of NextGen EHR system functionalities and configurations
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards, regulations, and security best practices, including HIPAA
