Job Summary

A company is looking for a NextGen Application Support Specialist who will provide technical and operational support for NextGen Enterprise EHR and PM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for NextGen EHR/PM systems and related applications
Manage user setup, permissions, and security roles within the NextGen systems
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2-4 years of experience supporting NextGen Enterprise EHR/PM platforms
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
NextGen certification or training is highly desirable
Familiarity with ePHI, HIPAA, and healthcare data privacy standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
