Job Summary

A company is looking for a NextGen Application Support Specialist who will provide technical and operational support for NextGen Enterprise EHR and PM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for NextGen EHR/PM systems and related applications
  • Manage user setup, permissions, and security roles within the NextGen systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting NextGen Enterprise EHR/PM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • NextGen certification or training is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ePHI, HIPAA, and healthcare data privacy standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
