Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to provide technical support and manage the Nextgen EHR platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the Nextgen EHR platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with staff to understand workflows and translate requirements into system configurations
  • Implement and manage system updates, patches, and optimize system performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Nextgen EHR platform
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure and security standards (HIPAA)
  • Nextgen Certified Professional or similar Nextgen certification preferred
