Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time hybrid NextGen Template Scheduler will create template schedules for clinical and OR teams, interact with physicians and managers regarding scheduling requests, and promote excellence in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create template schedules for clinical and OR teams across the DMV area
• Interact daily with physicians and managers to address scheduling requests
• Support and promote excellence in customer service

Required qualifications

• High School diploma
• NextGen experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
• High degree of comfort with computer applications and accurate data entry
