Nexthink Lead

Job Summary

Driving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy, the contract Nexthink Lead will oversee multiple programs, provide thought leadership on governance, and conduct client-facing executive readouts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the overall DEX strategy and articulate the value of the Nexthink platform to stakeholders
• Oversee 3-5 programs and conduct executive readouts for clients
• Configure and manage the Nexthink production environment, including integration with identity platforms and other systems

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a consulting or advisory role with client-facing responsibilities at an executive level
• Deep expertise with the Nexthink platform, including installation and management
• Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) and moderate skills with PowerShell
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive use cases and articulate value to customers
• US Citizenship is required
