Nexthink Platform Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a DEX Lead / Nexthink Platform Consultant, this remote contract position will manage the Nexthink platform to enhance Digital Employee Experience, drive DEX strategy, and lead client-facing executive readouts across multiple programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Nexthink platform to improve Digital Employee Experience through telemetry and operational workflows
• Drive overall DEX Strategy and facilitate governance discussions with customer stakeholders
• Serve as a client-facing lead for executive readouts across multiple programs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role with executive-level client-facing skills
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink Infinity and/or V6 platform administration
• Experience deploying and managing Nexthink Collectors and integrations with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise End-User Compute (EUC)/VDI environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, JSON, and JavaScript for Nexthink Remote Actions
