Nexthink Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Driving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy, the contract Nexthink Strategy Lead will work remotely to provide thought leadership, oversee multiple client-facing programs, and configure the Nexthink platform for enhanced employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the overall DEX strategy and articulate the value of the Nexthink platform to stakeholders
• Oversee 3-5 programs and conduct executive readouts for clients
• Configure and manage the Nexthink production environment, including integrations with identity platforms and other systems

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a consulting or advisory role with executive-level client engagement
• Deep expertise in the Nexthink platform, including installation and management
• Moderate skills with PowerShell and experience with modern deployment technology
• Strong business acumen and experience articulating value to customers
• US Citizenship is required
