Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and management of the Nexthink suite, including Workspace Analytics and Cloud components
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Nexthink with other systems and tools for enhanced performance monitoring
• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace Analytics and related components
• Experience with security best practices in system administration
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks
• Strong skills in Windows Server and desktop operating systems administration
• Solid SQL skills for database management and data analysis
