NG911 Compliance Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution for the NG911 solution portfolio, the full-time salaried NG911 Compliance Product Manager will manage cross-product alignment, roadmap orchestration, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated understanding of the NG911 market and regulatory landscape, translating changes into portfolio impact assessments and roadmap adjustments
• Define and publish an integrated portfolio strategy and roadmap that coordinates delivery across multiple product lines while ensuring compliance with FCC and NENA requirements
• Lead the coordinated delivery of NG911 capabilities, translating regulatory requirements into actionable tasks for cross-product teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product management experience with complex SaaS or communications products, preferably in public safety environments
• Strong knowledge of SIP and real-time communications fundamentals, with familiarity in NENA i3 concepts
• Experience translating technical standards into requirements, including conformance testing and evidence collection
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in compliance-driven environments, with direct experience in NG911 systems preferred
