Job Summary
To support public safety agencies in navigating NIBRS compliance, the full-time remote Compliance and Reporting Analyst will partner with customers to ensure data accuracy, identify reporting improvements, and implement solutions for evolving compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to implement state-specific NIBRS compliance requirements within the platform
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify reporting issues and recommend workflow improvements
- Analyze incident and records data to validate compliance with state and federal reporting standards
Required qualifications
- Professional experience in public safety records management, reporting, or compliance initiatives
- Strong understanding of NIBRS reporting standards and state-specific compliance requirements
- Experience in translating complex compliance requirements into practical solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team collaboration
