NIBRS Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely from the US, the full-time NIBRS Compliance Specialist will provide expertise on National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) requirements, collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance, and guide the development of state-specific reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input on NIBRS and compliance reporting requirements for Axon's product roadmap
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to develop and implement plans for NIBRS certification and compliance
- Act as an internal expert on NIBRS and compliance, offering training and support to various teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in law enforcement technology
- Deep understanding of NIBRS submission requirements
- Experience with Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) and other compliance reporting
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check
