NICE CXone Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NICE CXone Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement call flows, chat solutions, and backend system integrations using APIs
• Provide troubleshooting support and technical assistance for scripting and system issues
• Collaborate with the architecture team to design, develop, and integrate APIs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with NICE InContact and/or NICE CXone
• 5+ years of experience working with RESTful Webservices / APIs
• 3+ years of experience scripting in NICE CXOne Studio
• Experience in creating contact center dashboards
• Ability to serve confidently in a client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders effectively
