NICE CXone Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled NICE CXone Implementation Specialist for a remote contract position focused on leading the deployment and configuration of NICE CXone solutions, designing intelligent call flows, and integrating systems to enhance customer experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IVA workflows using NICE CXone Studio and AI vendor solutions
- Configure IVR, ACD, and routing strategies tailored to business needs
- Integrate CXone with CRMs and other systems via APIs and connectors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center technology implementation, with 2+ years in NICE CXone
- Hands-on experience with IVA design and NICE CXone Studio
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- NICE CXone certifications (e.g., CIP, IVA, Studio) preferred
- Experience in stakeholder management and documentation
