NICE CXone Studio Developer
Job Summary
To support a contact center migration project, the remote NICE CXone Studio Developer will design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts while troubleshooting call routing logic and unifying two existing environments into one.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts
- Lead troubleshooting and refinement of call routing logic during migration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient contact center solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone development, ideally closer to 7 years
- Proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripting, including writing and testing scripts
- Experience in designing and implementing CXone solutions
- Expertise in optimizing CXone workflows
- Extensive experience with Conversational AI solutions
