Job Summary

To support a contact center migration project, the remote NICE CXone Studio Developer will design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts, ensuring seamless call routing and improved customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts
• Lead troubleshooting and refinement of call routing logic during migration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable contact center solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone development, ideally closer to 7 years
• Proficiency with NICE CXone Studio scripting and the ability to write and test scripts
• Experience in design and implementation with CXone
• Experience optimizing CXone workflows
• Expertise in Conversational AI solutions
