NICE CXone Studio Developer

Job Summary

To support a contact center migration project, the remote NICE CXone Studio Developer will design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts while troubleshooting call routing logic and unifying two existing environments into a single instance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts for improved customer interactions
• Lead troubleshooting and refinement of call routing logic during the migration process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable contact center solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone development, ideally closer to 7 years
• Proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripting, including writing and testing call routing scripts
• Experience in design and implementation with CXone
• Experience optimizing CXone workflows
• Expertise in Conversational AI solutions
